Your account manager knows exactly how you are doing through the ALICE app. In real time, without delay. He is familiar with your questions and tells you about the availability of new and existing products. Together we quickly identify new opportunities and ensure the best interpretation. I also help the representatives with all the information, namely through my ALICE app. This contains exactly the information you need, so that the representatives can place orders immediately and provide you with the correct information.

	Availability I use smart ordering techniques to ensure optimal availability of our products. The delivery performance of our suppliers is continuously monitored by means of an algorithm. This way we can keep our stock at the right level and we can better estimate your expected delivery time.

	Chat Do you have questions? I am available for you 10 hours a day. You can ask me your questions via the chat function on the website. This way you have immediate answers to your questions and I can immediately process your orders in my system.

	Smart delivery I keep control of the streamlined process from order to delivery. This ensures a high delivery speed and prevents errors. For example, every day we send the orders to your warehouse or directly to your end customer by means of a drop shipment. ALICE will keep you informed about the content and tracking information, so that you know exactly when the order will be received.

	IT links If you focus on sales, I'll take care of the underlying systems and stocks. For example, use the link with VMSII from Vendit and place your orders directly from your POS system! I supply the digital packing slip so that you can receive the shipment at the touch of a button. Are you an EP or Expert member? Then invoicing is also linked to the central payment scheme.
